I think that's Iceman to the left of Beast and Archangel just to the right. No Idea on the rest though.
The 4 kids flying leaving the rainbow trail are Power Pack
The group on the right are the New Mutants (or X-Factor or something) - Syren, Cannonball, Sunspot, Boom Boom, Douglock (or Warlock) ... not sure about the guy between Boom Boom and Warlock.
No idea who the chick on the horse is.
The pink kid on Beast's shoulder is Artie, the green one is Leech.
Not sure about the kid in the helicopter but I think he was in an episode of X-Men TAS.
Dunno who the couple with the hearts are ... maybe Dazzler and ... ???

War Hulk....
As we know Hulk was the medium for a shit load of power during the whole 'heroes reborn' fiasco. Due to this Apocalypse took interest and grabbed him, believing that 'if he controlled Hulk he would control the celestials' (Or something to that extent).
He erased the shrapnel in Hulks brain and outfitted him with celestial tech.
This included a whip , a sword and some kind of energy aura.
A good way to show Hulks new power : Dropping a pyramid clean on top of a Humvee containing Creel , Rick and his future Grand-daughter (They got out of the way luckily enough).
He overloaded Creel (who had absorbed the properties of lime stone at that point) in the space of a sentence. When the Juggernaut arrived they began to fight , Juggs having the advantage and shoving Hulk a few hundred miles , the Aura then somehow eclipsed Juggs power and he flung Cain all the way to Cairo.
The fight continued and he was about to (presumably) decapitate Juggernaut when Creel interrupted (amped up with Ricks , Grand-daughters energy staff) Creel was then slapped away in a second.
All in all War Hulk PWNED !

The kid in the helicopter is Whiz Kid.
The lovey-dovey couple is Rusty and Skids.
Artie (pink) and Leech (green) are on Beast's shoulders.
The kids in the background are Power Pack.
The girl on the horse is Dani Moonstar, and that's her horse Brightwind.
To the right of Dani are the New Mutants:
Wolfsbane (redhead), Cannonball (dorky blond guy), Boom-Boom (girl in pink top), Rictor (brown-haired guy hidden in middle), Sunspot (dark-skinned guy), and Warlock (big alien).
And the baby in Scott and Jean's arms is baby Cable! Nathan Christopher, as he was known back then.
