Of course all we have to do, is turn off the lights, wait till she comes in, yell surprise and it's over. Honestly, such purposes are unecessary. Maybe a general PM reading, "Hey you rock" or it's "nice that we have such an awsome person like you around". But really I honestly think this is just an excuse for people to get the No. of the threads started up a bit...
