I think Superman would be viable. The guy IS a friggin genius. After all he built an entire inhabitable world in just days.

dont know too much about the leader, n i put sinister higher than doom cause sinsiter created madalyne pryor, cable and nate grey, which might put him even above reed, and u should have entered the high evolutionary and thanos in here.

In the recent Wolverine enemy of the state storyline Reed Richards made a machine called the Terra Former that could alter inhospitable landscapes into hospitable ones. He was showing it off to Hank Pym and Tony Stark and they were saying how it could change the way the world works or something.
