If Galactus sneeks up on him, then maybe, but this is a confrontation battle. Amazo copies Galactus and that's basically it. If he can copy something like the Worlogog (an artifact that can create destroy universes on a whim, he can copy galactus.)

In another forum one guy said that DCAU Amazo has evolved past a point where he cannot be broken apart to its integral units. This means that Amazo'a molecules cannot be rearranged in any way and obviously, therefore he can't be destroyed. Maybe that's what they were trying to show in Justice League Unlimited when the entire Justice League plus the entire Green Lantern corps fired at him but nothing happened.

If this is true and Amazo cannot be disassembled anymore, then there is really nothing Galactus can do to Amazo. But on the other hand there is nothing Amazo can do to Galactus either so it's a tie.

TMazo was pretty powerful. Even with a portion of the Worlogog, Hourman can do cosmic stuff. Like stop a big bang.

Check out the Hourman respect thread or DC 1M. Hourman was a beast with the Worlogog. The Worlogog can recreate and destroy universes on a whim. It's close the IG. And Tmazo copied a portion of it with ease.
