Will we ever see death sports again?

Well, will we, and should we? Will superbowl 129 still be as interesting? Will we still love the 99th world cup? Or will our blood thirst ever take over our entertainment again? I think everytime a football team scores a touchdown they should be awarded a single bullet. These bullets can be used whenever desired. In overtime, which ever team wins the flip gets long swords, and the other team gets knives. Only three substitutions a game.

you're thinking unreal tournament here.
i doubt we'll have a MAJOR turn towards bloodshed on tv anytime soon. but..who knows. we just might.
