The funny thing is I was making a joke when I said this, but after reading the story it was true. Kerry had low grades his first year, then improved every year. Bush's grades stayed the same the whole time that he was there.

So does seem that Bush didn't get any smarter or changed his habits at all in an effort to improve while Kerry showed that in four years he was willing and able to improve himself and do a better job than when he started. Interesting.
