not anymore hes not, n yea, mantis has a brain, but so does storm! mantis will kill storm.

and storm could easily kill mantis, it's a matter of who attacks first, but even then one psionic attack from mantis ain't taking storm out all the way, she will still be able to summon lightning which happens instantley

oh yes it is, storm ha a human physiology, mantis will kill her and mantic would already know that she was gonna do that, n would avoid or stop it, n raven could stop her before she even thinks with those soul ravens

k, so like all of these characters can move at lightspeed or something. you give them way to much credit, the x-men just won't stand there and let them take them down(not that they could or anything). yeah storm is a human, but it takes more than a second to psionically take someone out of a fight, but a second is all storm needs. and once again it can be instinct to do this so no thinking about what you are going to do will be required. just one hit and mantis is out because he has a brain

well one hit and storm is out cause she has a brain, plus mantis has psionic shielding, it wil take more than a second to gte through that, and a second is all that mantis needs, and if u havent forgotten foxhound are the greatest living soldiers, they are better trained and battle hardened than guys in yellow spendix.

why would psionic shielding matter? storm isn't doing anything psionic to mantis. and it does take more than a second to mentally disable storm bnecause even w/out the lightning field, and w/out determination and stuff like that stormms powers make her naturally resistant to psionic attack. and a second is all storm needs to affectivley take mantis out

no its not, mantis has illusion casting at his disposal, and he can psionically shield himself from lightning, ice etc.

illusion casting won't matter much because she is able to alter her precipitations to see heat and energy signatures, sence illusions are not real she would be able to tell the real one. and psionic shields won't matter much because she is able to by pass shields, and has already by passed 2 psionic shields

yes but what makes u think that she will bypass the shield of such a stron psionic, n no, illusion casting is not like puttin up mirrors or smoke to make u see sumthin else, sumthin storm can look past cause of her abilty, i admit that shell be able to see through mantis's invisibilty trick but mantis will make realistic illusions of somethin comletely different n large scale for her, maybe even small passages which will trigger storm's claustrophobia.

and i have already explained what will happen if he triggers her claustrophobia. also she easily got into jean greys shield, what will be diffferent about this one?

she didnt easily get into jean grey's shield and the difference is that this time, its mantis tryin to kill her, im surprised u believe that storm can killl mantis, and i already explained how mantis can control what would happen if u trigger storm's claustrophobia.

yeah, storm has done it twice and one time jean grey was literally out for blood and storm did it easily. i never said kill, only disable her. and what will happen again if even charles xavier wasn't able to get to storm when doom exploited her weakness?

theres always raw hurtful destructive psionic power, n quit talkin like she cant ever be affected by telepathy.

i never said she qouldn't ever, but she is naturally resistant, has the determination to keep someone out, and can establish a lightning field to make it even harder. and there's always vreating a tornado-funnel type thing maiing mantis unable to breath and vulnerable to attack

not if mantis has his shield up. besides mantis can destroy her quicker than she can destroy him.

no he can't. and shield won't mater, she cn affect the inside of the field, whole not even hhurting the shield at all
