i could even say that batman is a better fighter, but even if that was true, deadpool has healing factor he is immortal, in the end he would prevail.
Only if batman knew deadpool before the fight he would have a chance of winning (and he would)

Deadpool's got an unbelievable threshold for pain, amazing healing factor, and he loves to play hot potatoe with hand grenades. He's got no problem blowing himself up to defeat his opponent. Batman could defeat him in H2H, but I doubt he'd win a normal fight.
