Thor and Bill are equal in power. It appears Bill is a superior fighter.

Still, Thor has held his own against Surtur with Twilight.

Did you read Stormbreaker when Bill fought Asteroth?

I'd give it to Bill because of how he's a bit better fighter. I never understood why they made him look like a horse.

Bill beat Thor when he wasn't using Mjolnir. He is from a race of fighters. He's a bit of a better fighter than Thor, but that's about it. In every other aspect, they are equal. Thor is more skilled with Mjolnir than Bill is with Stormbreaker, though.

Bill is better at hand to hand fighting. Thor wasn't using Mjolnir when they fought, either.
