Alright, I watched the first one w/Anakin.

PROS:
Lacrimosa by Immediate Music is a great song
Good part of the film to use as a music video

CONS:
Editing of the song (i realize that this might be the version of Lacrimosa itself, but it sounds odd)
Editing of the video (the random senate shot?)
try to get one that doesn't have the counter
Lacrimosa fits fast-paced action sequences better than slower ones like this.

Suggestions:
Redo it with a sad or menacing song that's slower. Possibly...Tarawa, or Redrum...or....a great one might be Spiritus Sancte. the last two you can find on Immediate Music's website, or KaZaA, but Tarawa is by James Newton Howard (or so my file says, lol, I think its from the matrix but I'm not positive since i hated that movie).

You guys could share using your own personal, dangerously insecure ftp server.

Or..

Use p2p.

Dooku fight

good choice of music, but at the end, it could go to a different song that reflects the change in pace. the fight is over and theres a decision, its not pure action anymore. much better than the other one though.

i think you took on an impossible task.
the music is fitting, but the timing is set for the duel.
for instance, at points where anakin and dooku talk,
the music gets louder and you cant hear them.
its nice editing work, but like i said, you're taking on the
impossible. unless off coarse you took the time to slice n dice
scenes and make your own montage. then you wont be at the
mercy of the timing of the film.

This may still need some work. Timing is'nt always easy at looks.

If you thought order 66 was a sad moment it is now made even more so with "Adagio for Strings".(otherwise know as the platoon theme song)
