Suddenly I want a cigarette soooooooooo bad.

Crap, the crindge is starting. It would be so easy to just go outside and have a smoke, but I won't do it. 😕 *fights the urge* 2guns 😮‍💨

I quit about 3 yrs ago and I've never looked back!

Although today I found out if I use my asthma pump alot I could end up with the lungs of a smoker anyways.... so I need to use a preventer.

A preventer is just a different asthma pump that I take in the morning and at night.. stops the attacks happening.. whereas my usual inhaler just opens the airways when I'm having an attack.

I don't know why cigarette manufacturers put those big warning stickers on the side of their packets. If anything, it is likely to put people off buying the product.
