Living force user vs. Unifying Force user.

Which side of the force would give an average user of that method of calling on the force victory in a fight?

Hot damn! Somebody give the man a reply! It's his birthday, for goodness' sake! Living Force, I think, from an oldschool point of view, but then again Unifying Force was big in NJO - it was maybe even more effective.
