that was unnecessary... and some of the names have meanings and reasons. (i.e. 49ers, Packers, Steelers)
Anyway my teams...
Football - Cincinnati Bengals and Indianapolis Colts
Baseball - Cincinnati Reds and Chigaco White Sox (bah to Cubs)
Basketball - Miami Heat (my least favorite sport though, college is 10 times better.)
College Football - Ohio State and Cincinnati Bearcats
College Basketball - Cincinnati Bearcats (I CANT BELIEVE THAT ***** HAD THE AUDACITY TO FIRE BOB HUGGINS)
Nascar - Micheal Waltrip (not a huge fan of racing either, but G/F is)
My favorite pro teams: hockey, The Washington Capitals; baseball, WITHOUT QUESTION THE BOSTON RED SOX; football, The New England Patriots; soccer, The New England Revolution; international soccer, A. C. Roma; basketball, The Boston Celtics.
Regarding college football and basketball, I only follow two teams with unwavering ardor : The Pennsylvania State Nitanny Lions and The Duke University Blue Devils, respectively.
Regarding professional football and being the fact that this forum is about movies, could anyone tell me in the classic football movie " The Lonest Yard " starring Burt Reynolds, the late Eddie Albert, the late and great Ray Nietzchke, Richard ' Jaws' Kiel, and the late Michael Conrad, Michael Conrad's character " Nate Scarborough" was refered to as " one of the most beloved members of this institution, he once graced the playing field at the Polo Grounds playing for the New York Giants". Why was Michael's character incarcerated ? And tell me , if Burt Reynold's character " Paul Crew" tells Michael's character that he made All Pro last year, how is that Michael's character could be watching the guards for nearly twelve years ?!! And one more thing to add, the car Burt's character steals is not a Maserati , it is a Citroen CV2.
