I believe Qui Gonn would just barely edge out Old Ben in a Duel.

In all serioussness qui-gon is in much better condition and he doesn't fight like a 6 year old swinging at a pinata

I'm not so sure who would win, but probably QGJ he has trained a lot more around the time he died. Obi hadn't been fightning anybody serious if at all in 20 years

The're both 60. Ben would win. He has mastered form 3 and has good knowlege of form four(Qui-gon's form) so he has a advantage.
