This depends on what you see as a lot..if you are a planet 1000 millimeters is not a lot...if you are an Atom...hmm its kinda far ( a lot)...

It seems to me, that the noun "lot" is subjective.

Relative - to something else.

Subjective - dependant on personal taste or views, etc.

Hmm yes but relativity in Einsteins case means that you have to state who is doing the measuring (well that's one aspect) so it kind of firts the situation...
