Does anyone know of horror movies with directors in acting roles or cameo? Like David Cronenberg in Jason X. Or David Cronenberg again in Blood and Donuts. Or David Cronenberg again in Nightbreed.

Yes Hitchcock was in nearly every film he made.

Fulci had multiple cameo in his films. Sometimes he played the role of Detective or a Bookeeper.

In Stephen King's Sleepwalkers Stephen King and Clive Barker had cameos

Tom Savini cameoed in the remake of Night of the Living Dead

Wes Craven was in Wes Craven's New Nightmare but thats given

Fulci starred as the Librarian in The Beyond
