Mephisto/Nightmare/Dormammu/Satannish v. the 4th Celestial Host

Here is the scenario:

The Fourth Celestial Host has returned to Earth, and deem that the Earth is no longer worthy. The Skyfathers know they cannot stop the Celestials and have conceded defeat. They expect to survive, but will be only shadows of their former selves without any humans to worship them.

The demonic contingent also has a stake in this: without evil souls and dreamers, Mephisto, Dormammu, Nightmare, and Satannish will most likely perish (assuming they only reap their power from the Earth).

Can these demons band together to fight off the Celestials?

Or are they "toast?"
