LR Lord Ryugen No longer hairy Seifer can't take Seph in normal combat. He had to die twice before he was weak enpough for Cloud to take.
STA star_scar_child moshpit assasin seifer wasnt even the real bad guy in the game, just sort of a rival. no seph wins by a long shot
