Shoujo? whats that?

Shoujo literally means "girl" in Japanese, but in anime/manga terms it usually refers to anime/manga that are made to appeal to both guys and girls. Like of the ones you listed, Tsubasa and Love Hina would be shoujo.

I forgot to list Elfen Lied.. Elfen Lied has got to be one of the best and moral lesson anime ever! I highly recommend you rent that anime
