Past that point, it melts. I would think that Namor can absorb/redirect a lot of electricity due to his "electric eel" affinities. But "immune?" IMO, that would imply that no matter how much power might get pumped into him, it simply won't affect him on principle.
Ah yeah. You might have a point.
But his durability combined with the ability that he could redirect it away, would enable him to not suffer from his much. He can absorb amazing amounts of it, once he absorbed so much that he was glowing and hurt the Hulk with the electricity amount (not much though, but hey, he's the Hulk).
