Sorry C Master, but my money is on Arthas/Lich King. Misogi would be a hard hit but by no means fatal. The Lich King's armor Arthas inherits is nothing to sneeze at. Raging demon would likely end in Arthas's favor because (correct me if I'm wrong) Akuma will be vulnerable to a sword hit while moving in for his 30 hit combo.

If we are talking about game akuma yes, real akuma, does feats that would take lich king out instantly. 😉

even though solid snake , big boss and the others are excellent fighters , they are not even close of ryu or akumas martial arts ,we can say that big boss and solid snake are equals in fighting capacity , and solid snake coundnt stand fighting against akuma , even if he had his guns and all of his others "toys" since akumas shun goku satsu is stronger and faster than any of his toys , the same goes for big boss and ryu with his full potential.The boss is sure weaker than big boss , but dante is as powrfull as ryu or akuma, liquid snake is weaker than s snake and is nothing more than a great soldier M.Bison would crush him as if he was a bug.
