whirly splat, yes I do believe the 'lizard men' exist because the evidence out there is too great not to.
They are many different races and sub-races of what you call 'lizard-men' but the highest in the 'heirachy' are the Draconian race from the Draco star constelation, hence the name.
They are the Royal bloodlines of Europe such as the Sax Gotha Coburgs (Windsors), the SaintClairs (Sin Clairs) and all the other off-shoots of the Merovigian bloodline.
