I think you guys are underestimating Bane. For those of you saying he never finished his training, that is half true. He left the Sith Academy on Korriban because he realized that the Sith had become a mirror image of the Jedi with the Sith Brotherhood, and because he had become even more powerful than the masters at the Academy. He learned from Holocrons to expand his mastery of the dark side and supply him with the means to enact the Rule of Two.
He caused a pyramid to collapse on his master, Kas'im, then rag-dolled Quordis at the Sith encampment on Ruusan, then tricked Ka'an, the Sith Brotherhood's leader, into leading the rest of the brotherhood to their doom with the thoughtbomb. This was all before the orbalisks.
With the orbalisks, Bane was immune to almost any attack except Sith Lightning. His force powers were amplified, and he became stronger and faster than he already was (which was considerable).
Yoda might win this, but Bane has the upper hand here.
