Batman Vs Captain America Vs Spiderman

The three meet up one night and decide to see who the best hero is out of the three. This is a fight until death. So which hero comes out surviving?

No weapons? Then Spidey could win blindfolded. If Bats had a day or so he could whip up his "Bat-KillSpider-Device" or some sleeping gas or something...otherwise Spidey gets bored an falls asleep but still wins.

Cap vs. Bats would be great, and threads have been dedicated to their fight...but SM is in another league unless you give the other two some sort of equalizing weapon.
