The program you use to create these great sigs, photosuite (or photoshop), is it a program you can download for free or do you pay? I have searched (because I would love to create my own sigs) but it says you have to pay like $24!

If you're not too busy though, could you make me a Trunks & Vegeta sig (two seperate sigs.) They're from DBZ/GT. I would like the young adult Trunks, the kind below.
