I agree.

If you put enough water in a baloon it will hold it just right, if overfilled, the water starts to pour out of the baloon and will be lost.

Same thing with her, if put too much information at once, you will not remember it all the next days for you can only learn for two hours straight a day, after that your brain gets tired and the "baloon" effect starts to kick in.
