Plo gets rid of his rocket with the force, shocks him with lightning.. Throws him around, deflects every blaster bolt.. and cuts him up..
The battle would be interesting but as soon as he loses he jet he is screwed.

The only reason Boba Fett hasn't died in EU is because the authors can't decide on a suitable death that the fans would enjoy. The Jedi nearly exterminated the Mandalorians and the only reason Boba and the other clones existed is cuz Jango was surrendered and was taken prisoner and delivered to the Governor of Galidraan.
This fight would definately be an arduous bout.

There's barely any.
Plo is not in very many books or movies, whereas boba is. I mean search info on Darth revan or Nihilus on star wars. or the wookie jedi.. there is no info on them either but people know about thier accomplishments and so forth...
