you know how many people under 21 have accidents over here? lack of practise, overconfidence, as he said "i can drive, no licence" - i dont know you, you might be a damn good driver who drives all the time on private property for example, but if you dont have a licence, you wouldnt have the proper experience handling a car in any situation.

What about your kids? What if they absolutely needed to go somewhere in a hurry, but no one was around to take them?

Or what about an emergency arises? IE: Your kid needs to be rushed to the hospital, you can't afford the ambulance ride, and no one is around to rush you there?
