Messed up trilogy

I recently bought the Star wars trilogy set and read that it was digiattally remestared. How come when Darth vader takes Leai's (don't know how to spell her name)ship and the rebels and stormtroopers battle the screen occasionally turns pinkish redish? Plus Jabba looks all new and not anything like him from v andVI. Also i noticed that the creature at the sand dunes looked new and didn't go well with the faded backround. Tell me what you think or noticed.

Did you buy the special edition set? The new set corrected many of these problems.. also Jabba isn't in V.. he's in VI but not V.

What boxset did you buy?????????
