Mindless Hulk vs. Savage Hulk

we all know, the strength of Hulk increase with his level of anger....

so ...why many people say, that the Savage one is the stronger of the two?

i dont really understand, because i believe, the Mindless one has been able to get much more angrier than the Savage one...

so .. how is the more powerful one ?

I think that the more powerful one is the Mindless Hulk because I've read some where where it said he was stronger than the Savage Hulk

I think it was here but I'm not sure:www.hulklibrary.com
