What was CP30 doing in that scene?

What was CP30 doing in that scene?

There was a scene that Padme was staring through the window for Anikan.... then CP30 rolls in, says nothing, and does a slight bow... then... CUT to the next scene. Why was he even placed there? He was there for like 3 seconds! Or was that just bad editing? It seemed a little....off.... When he came in I thought he was going to tell Padme something... but then the scene changed. Didn't anyone think that was wierd??

Looks to me like the scene ended on music only, no audio.

He was probably telling "Mistress Padme" something, but it was a scene that only needed John Williams wonderful score instead of words.
