I have always wondered, are Christian bands any good? I mean I have heard of Christian pop, country etc groups, and can't help but think they would sound... not very good. Maybe they just should stick to traditional choirs.

good christian bands are Kansas, Barclay James Harvest, Wishbone Ash, Petra

Many band that can't make it, turn around and become "Christian Bands."

There are some denominations that I've been to that don't mind at all. I do agree that a lot wouldn't care for that stuff but it's still a hasty generalization. Course with Catholicism or Lutherans they set a pretty low standard for these kinds of things. Just another reason why I'm not Catholic or Lutheran.
