Spider-X VS Wolverine and Hulk

Powers of Spider-X:

Spider X can tap into mystical power to achieve virtually limitless variations/amplifications of Spider-Man's powers. He possesses Class 100 strength, along with a high degree of resistance to injury, including mystical assaults. He recovered from most attacks in seconds. He could climb walls and adhere to virtually any surface. He could form durable, adhesive webs which exuded a powerful acid. He possesses 4 extra spider-like limbs, 2 of which grew from his upper back and two from his waist. He had razor sharp fangs and could project bursts of destructive energy from his mouth.

He first fight Hulk, the Wolverine.

Will he defeat both of them?

Spider X? I never heard of him.

Well he would beat easily Wolvi, but dont know who wins if he fights the Hulk.

Wolverine isn't a factor, but the guy you mentioned reminds me of good old spidangler.

Anyway, if he's strategic he can beat the hulk, only by exploiting his schizophrenia, and making the gamma effect go away, regardless hulk would die by that means.
