Spider-Man.

Unlike Colossus, Thing is not as durable, not as strong, not as quick, not as agile...plus, Thing needs to eat/sleep/BREATHE.

Spidey can damage Thing with very gradually, tossing him around and whatnot. And then he can also web down Thing's throat, causing him to suffocate.

ummm, I'm kinda outta of it. haven't slept in over 24 hours, was up all nights cramming for a final.
