Who's the most evil Disney villain?

There aren't any serious pyscos in the Disney films - well, Frollo was a bit freaky, but the ones like the step-sisters were pathetic.

Ive always liked maleficent, ursula and jafar; very hard choice. But to pick one of them it would be jafar since hes 1016 I like that. Also how come scar isnt in this poll? he kicks ass to.
