Superman has the durability to survive things that destroy planets easily. Goku was taken out by Cell's planet destroying attack.

Ok. First of all lets try and gauge Gokus strength. Now while training with King Kai after the Cell saga we see Goku with weights on all 4 of his limbs. Each one weighing 40 tons, 40x4. In his normal form with no problem whatever and we see him punching and kicking the air repeatedly like they do in the show. He then says if he turned SSj1 that it would be to easy and not much of a challenge. So thats 100 ton class in his normal stage. We could only imagine wat his strength would be in ssj3. Now for some feats. In dragonball he moved a small mountain (as a kid). He picked up a pyramid using his mind once then flew right into it smashing it to pieces. All this shortly after having almost every bone in his body crushed by Oozaru vegeta. He did this feat after escaping from the hospital to train. Trunks slices Freiza in half with his sword, freiza who survived the explosion of namek. Then Goku blocks all his sword attacks with one finger lol, it looked like a mini super sayain (his finger 😉 ). When Goku "powers up", the entire earth Literally shakes.

Yep, Superman did travel to the sun and back in about 8 mins. But Goku can do it in about 16 seconds (if he could survive in space). Using his Instant Transmission ability which allows him to travel at the speed of light. And lets not forget that even in dragonball he moved so fast he left an afterimage and attacked from a totally different stand point.In the freiza saga he fights burta and jiece (burta is one of the fastest beings in the universe) but Goku is able to dodge so fast that it actually looks like he isn't moving. Their attacks look like they are just going through him.

Although Goku has never really blown anything up of significent size others have. Vegeta in the sayain saga before arriving on earth destroyed a planet using only two fingers. Piccolo also blew up the moon in the same saga. This was when everyone was relatively weak. Thats the thing with DBZ though, strength was'nt the key to victory, ki was and theres no way Superman is surving some of the blasts Goku can mustar. Also, Brolly effortlessly wiped out an entire Galaxy and that is only ssj1.

Also Goku has shown some psi ability. Communicating mentally with Gohan on Namek, invisible blasts of energy and telekinesis. Whether or not he could mentally attack someone is unknown.

Man, people are just picking Goku because no one likes to pick the obvious pick so as not look regular to everyone else, is all. i I think everyone purely knows who takes this one.

I picked Superman. I'm not going by who looks cooler like most of you are. I'm going by might. And lets not talk about Superman Prime who can easily and effortlessly defeat Goku highest Saiyen level in literally under 60 seconds.

This isn't about Superman Prime though, I know SP would annihilate any form of Goku. You see I used to be the biggest fan of DBZ and knew everything there was to know about it. And ive been collecting Superman comics for yrs now, so I have a pretty unbiased, knowledgeable view on this fight, and Goku wins to reasons stated above. 😊

That's a very pretty essay, however sinxce you lack any proof backing your statments and none of that showes Goku to be stronger, I'm affraid that you still fail.

Try again please? This time with proof? And preferably proof of things greater, cause as it stands Superman is still stronger (blackhole) faster (escaped a black hole) more durable (blackhole) and more stamina. (gog war)

I missed the evidence that showed any DBZ/GT charater being faster, stronger, more durable, and having the stamina to compete with Superman. 🙂 I also know everything about both characters, Superman wins with reasons and evidence shown. 😄
