You have to ask yourself that because Goku by the end of Frieza saga trained at 100x then whilst fighting Frieza (Which he'd probably need for this fight.) was using the KO-Kan.

Comic superman and Video Game Superman are two different people while Video Game Goku, Manga Goku, and Anime Goku are all the same people. Video game Goku could easily beat the crap out of video game Superman. Nothing can dispute that.
