How far down does he get down this list? 1.Punisher 2.Batman 3.Captain America 4.Blade 5.Black Panther 6.Wolverine 7.Daredevil 8.Deathstoke Id say he gets down to black panther then loses.

After Punisher fights Spiderman, The fight would give Batman plenty of prep time, and he will beat Spiderman after Spiderman beats Punisher.

Most of those guys are street level and Spiderman is super-human.The only ones with a good shot at beatting him are Batman/Black Panter[with some wickedly awesome plan only] or Deathstroke [Who takes on entire teams]

Deathstoke would give him trouble, but spiderman fares better than some may think because of his unorthodoxness, seriously at least there's no thanos or galactus here.

Black panther can take him. Wolverine can too. Deathstroke can the majority of the time.
But, under perfect circumstances, he can win, but I don't see him getting past wolverine.
