well over all thor is better. but jugs has all his power concentrated on strength. when superbeings are created theres a sort of levelling factor:
jughead just has superstrength and invulnerability
thor has those too, just dampened to slightly lower levels since he also gets a magic hammer, flight, god beams..or...whatever they are

jugs defeated gods, thor defeated gods, did hulk defeat any gods? not likely..........unless there was like some hulk vs. buddha crossover
hmm they portray hulk the best way for the story and their other characters. ive already stated how hulk will not likely beat another character with their own comic, ie thor, namour, even ben grimm is tough , yet hulks main examples to his superiority lie in the characters or incidents wiothin his realm that he pulls apart or succeeds wioth. thor physically is not able to go with hulk as a character, no one is potentially as hulk can go to levels beyond anyone else, ( and writers have shown this in comcis time and again). thats what he was created to do , and it angers me on these boards that you guys know little of the histories or characteristics of these characters. thor, juggie, namour, benn, herc etc are all capable of giving hulk a tough time, yet hulk is thecharacter n marvel, on a physical level that can go to levels far higher than this. please read up on characters b4 spouting your opinions fellas.

That 1 hour fight was a defender book not Thor's. Even Nick Fury said both Hulk and Thor could match each other strength and that was in a Hulk book. The limitless strength is a potential not really that Hulk keep going in his strength.
Anyway check the Hulk vs Juggernaut thread......a poster posted a editor's note that Juggernaut is the strongest according to marvel. Now that will hurt both supporters of Thor and Hulk.
