obi is very powerful he defeated maul, greives, and anackin but he seems to have a weakness vs characters with lightning( doku) so i think sidious can beat obi

Qui-gon would never fight Vader, but he would win if he did.

Obi-wan defeated Anakin, Anakin defeated Dooku. So if Obi-wan did fight Dooku, he would win. Of course in Episode II he didn't, but he would of if he was in his Episode III shape.
