Please Help Me

I can't ever host online games on the internet. I can't figure out what the problem is. I just used those discs to restore my computer in case it had any viruses... but I still can't do it. Is there some sort of firewall that comes with the computer that I can disable? Please someone answer. :/

What are you talking about? I simply can't host a game or join games in Counter-Strike and other online games, and I need help to get it to work.
