My theatrical 2-disc version pre-order was through deepdiscountdvd.com

Did you order theatrical or director's cut?

I received the theatrical edition on region 3, don't want a cut version just to please the moaners.

I believe he edited it to tone down the homosexual aspect? anyone?

Oliver Stone already had it toned down enough in the theatrical which is 175 minutes, while the director's cut is 167 minutes. There are two discs, so who knows what he put in the second disc, maybe some deleted scenes? The Director's Cut with two-discs is 334 minutes. But it may not mean that the movie is that long.

Why did you preorder it? It'll be cheaper in stores..and..preordering, IMO, is totally pointless. Preorder it, wait for it to be shipped a week after it's released for more than what a brick and mortar store will charge?
