Evaporation ability

On the last episode of season 3 we see Kara(The girl Jor-el posesses) evaporate Loader (the FBI agent) and his car by placing her hands on the hood. Since she had all of the Kryptonian abilities, do you think that Clark will develop this ability?

i think not because we see the stupid and morons powers that clark have in the future sooo only superbreath, flying, hot vision, super strenght, x vision and doggie hearing 😄 lol
