his fighting firelord. thats defferent he can absorb but so much of defferent enegy. firelords powers he should be able to absorb for the fact that they have the same master. so there powers and energy should be most similair. so ofcours he should be able to absorb as much as he want. but when fighting characters like thor its very hard to absorb some of there attacks. like ss cant absorb the godforce with is energy. SS has the edge over superman for the fact that his been using his powers way longer then superman. it like a fight of smarts between a child and a college grade. surfer still wins only because his has been using his powers way longer then superman...another then how the hell surfer almost dies from falling of his surfbord

Falling from his board , tell that to god like cable , he can remake a new one.

and SS can also trap superman in his board also.

I would say that they are near stalemated. But it depends on who has more endurance. I might give the edge to SS for experience. In battles with similar powers and near exact power levels experience tends to help a lot.

I dont know if Norrin is as durable as you make him out to be. Superman is pure energy and there is nothing physically that Norrin can do to hurt Superman.

This was only a small scale attactk and it knocked him loopy for a bit.

Like I said Energy supes can be easily be stopped by someone who can effect his energies.

- SS can trap him in his board like he did to Captain Marvel
- Supes energy isn’t going too much to SS if he is in bloodlust, Quasar energy couldn’t even hold him.

Well how will SS beat Supes simple?
- Turn his state to rock like ( this is no joke SS has done this before)
- Become a teaser (look at scans , ss can rearrange matter)
- Attack with world destroying attack
- Stop him like what he did to wonder Man (who is also energy based)
- Trap him in his board (like CM ) if he can't get out not many will
- And there is always the time travel
