She smiled and scooted over in her bed. "Do you know? Well I know where there's a nice little bed that's just waiting to be slept in... And a woman who might be just waiting for you too." She blushed and laid down.
((kk time to mix things up a bit))
Outside cold eyes were looking up into the open window, waiting for them to sleep. Then and only then would they make their move. The Vatican would suffer a great loss this night.
Steph slept soundly curled up next to the Rev, a bright blush still on her cheeks.
'Hold....' He waited for a moment and listened... The talking had stopped, their breathing a steady... Good. 'Go! Go now! Move!" And they did. They moved with such speed not a drop of rain had hit their furry hides as they entered the building. It was abandoned for the most part, not a sound. Even better. 'Move.. Find her!' And they did.
Ana stirred in her sleep but hadn't awaken yet.
The rev would find that his blade had been moved, now in one of the men's hands. Another man, the leader of the group, stepped forward and pointed at the Rev. "Bind him. We have no reason to kill him." At this Ana opened her eyes and looked over at the Rev. "Diemian what's going o-" Someone reached out from the group and put a cloth over her mouth and nose. She struggled, but soon found that her body was shutting down. it was like going to sleep again.
Ana blinked and tried to stay awake. She didn’t know what this drug was. She’s never been in contact with such a thing. When she was in training they would purposely giver her small amounts of poisons and venoms so she’d learn the symptoms and how to treat it... But this.. She’s never seen this before.
What they were using was just a simple Chloroform substance. But the amount they needed to use on a full fledged vampire was dangerous even for her. If they kept it over her mouth for too long she’d die. “Can’t do that bud. We’ve been after her for a long time. You’ll have to let her go. Sorry.” He shrugged and the man holding Ana backed out of the room. The rest stayed to deal with the Rev.
Once he stepped into the hall everything was quiet. None of the men were in Ana's room or in the hall. They had dissapeared, but couldn't be far. The smell of Chloroform was thick in the air. It wouldn't be hard to trak them down as long as the storm held off. If the rain fell, the scent would wash away.
