During the struggles between the New Republic and Jerec's Empire, why didn't either Jedi Master Qu Rhan or Kyle Katarn search for Luke Skywalker's aid in the matter of defending the Valley of the Jedi? He could have helped out a great deal in these "aggressive negotiations."
