Durge was a Gen'Dai bounty hunter who is nearly unstoppable warrior driven by century old grudges. Completely encased in his battered high impact armor, Durge's true form is concealed. Though he is a bounty hunter, he is no one's side but his and cares not for his employer's wishes or the reward for his work. He only tracks his prey for the love for it to feed his bloodlust that had spanned over hundreds of worlds in almost two thousand years.
Durge was born two millennia before the fall of the Republic, and was regarded as an ideal example of his kind. But it took a new-found love for violence, along with witnessing bounty hunters in action, that lured Durge away from his tribe and into a lifetime of bloodlust, becoming as a student under the most experienced and dangerous bounty hunters in the universe. About a millennium before the events of the Phantom Menace, Durge was in service of one of few remaining Sith. He faced and fought many Jedi, developing counter moves from every battle. By the time the Sith were wiped out, Durge went into hiding to escape the Jedi. 900 years later, Durge succeed on an bounty to assassinate the leader of the Mandalorians. But the Mandalorians got revenge when they used Durge's immortality against him, making him a undying victim of many unspeakable tortures before he finally escape from his captors.
It took nearly a century of hibernation to regenerate from the damage the Mandalorians inflicted. But Durge only became more psychotic from the ordeal with intentions of killing every last Mandalorian. By the time he reawakened he learned the Mandalorians had been long dead. Cheated out of his revenge, Durge found purpose when he worked for Count Dooku during the Clone Wars. He was seemingly killed by Obi-Wan Kenobi at the Battle of Muunilist, but survived to help Asajj Ventress in the slaughter of the Gungan's Oma'Duhn colony on the moon of Naboo. Durge was later sent by Count Dooku to take out a Corellian named Drama Korr. In the process of doing this he encountered Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker, who were searching for Asajj Ventress at the time. Durge was then killed by Anakin Skywalker when his escape pod fell into a star
Durge could be killed.
General Grievous is a villain from the fictional Star Wars universe. He is the leader of the military forces of the Confederacy of Independent Systems and an enemy of the Jedi. Though a member of the Kaleesh species, his physical body is a fusion of a powerful robotic structure and an organic brain, nervous system and sensory organs. Another interesting fact about him is that he nearly killed Boba Fett in a Republic siege of Xagobah. While he was voiced by John Di Maggio in Chapter XX of the Cartoon Network Star Wars microseries, Clone Wars, Richard McGonagle took over the voicing of Grievous for the rest of the micro series, and Matthew Wood voices Grievous in Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. Dark Horse began publishing a 4-part comic about General Grievous in March 2005.
Grievous was known as a Jedi hunter, killing them for sport and collecting their lightsabers to proudly place around his belt as trophies and use them in his battles. The general possessed strategic ingenuity and flawless cunning. He is a commander in the Separatist régime and becomes the leader of the Separatists upon Dooku's death at the hands of Anakin Skywalker.
