weather it was Al Qaeda or not is irrelivent. What matters is that it was instigated and orcastrated by the British authorities, thats is what matters.
David Icke predicted London was going to be attacked. How? Well becuase he knows the agenda as so can predict their next moves.
As for the Al Qaeda admitting it was them, just realise that its very simple and easy for the British authorities to do it 🙄
