Reconfiguring Video Card Drivers?

I was wondering how you reconfigured the graphic card; It only lets me go on 16 colors(since I've just reinstalled everything, thank you very much yerssot). It came with the actual computer, so there's no separate install disc. I'm using a ATI 32MB DDR Radeon, any help would be appreciated.

Get an updated driver from the ATI official site.
