Raccoon eyes

Okay first of all, raccoon eyes are when someone goes tanning and they wear sunglasses. So the part of their face thats covered does not get tan. Well, even when I dont have a tan I still have racccon eyes(well, just under my eyes actually). That part is always white for me. Does anyone else have this problem? 😕

not really.. but if my eyeliner gets smushed it looks like racoon eyes
